With our strategy centered around external distribution, we not only welcome resellers and MVNO’s as new distribution partners but do support our resellers or lead finders in making our cooperation a success. Our support for resellers centers around our three pillars of Knowledge, Tooling and Support.
Firstly, our technical and commercial support organization will assist you in target market selection including the ins and outs regarding how our Unique Selling Points map to the various sub-segments.
Secondly, we will provide you not only with the best-of-class connectivity product and service, but will provide you with tooling to make sales feasible for both an end-customer success and manageable for the reseller.
Thirdly, we will ensure you can focus on what you are best: finding market opportunities as ASPIDER M2M will be handling the technical and operational support to the end-customer.
What do we from ASPIDER M2M expect from our resellers?
Obviously a good network with our potential customer base in your area, for example out of your current position in hardware electronics, design support or ‘standard’ fixed and mobile communication offering. Secondly the commitment to actively work on your geographical area together with our External Distribution support team.
Not necessary is extensive knowledge of the mobile communication field, or any M2M specific tooling, as ASPIDER M2M will provide you and our shared customers with the support and the web-based SIM management and billing tooling manage both SIM cards and customer accounts.
